After making an order of attunements or a session, you will get message from me within 1 to 3 working days, maximum 9 working days in case our team is very busy. Please keep in mind that the working days are from Monday to Friday.  If after 11 days from the initial request attunement was not received, feel free to send a reminder or additional email. Theoretical materials will be sent out at the time of the attunements.

If you have ordered a product, a physical item, delivery would depend on itinerary and transportation conditions. 

You can order attunements and sessions for someone else. If the items are not for yourself, please state who the attunement/service is for in the email or message.

If no additional info is added, attunements and sessions will be performed for the person who is placing the order.

If you are ordering on the behalf of someone else and the service/services are performed for you (because you omitted to add the additional info) you would have to place an additional order for that person.

**The concept of Twin Flames exists in different religions, philosophical streams and schools of thought.
